Course Overview: Leading Oneself is a dynamic one-day program designed to enhance key professional skills, including emotional intelligence, time management, initiative-taking, and informed decision-making. Participants will benefit from an interactive learning environment and collaborative discussions with peers.
Recommendation: It is strongly recommended that participants first complete Building a Leadership Foundation (LS-I) and Leading Through Others (LS-II) prior to attending Leading Oneself. As Leading Oneself focuses on personal effectiveness, self-leadership, and informed decision-making, providing a well-rounded culmination to the leadership development journey.

This class will take place on the second (2nd) floor in the Regions Boardroom. There is ample parking available outside of the building.
Leading Oneself is a one day class and is the final session in Leadership Skills Training facilitated by AIDT. It is recommended to complete LS-I (Building a Leadership Foundation) and LS-II (Leading Through Others) prior to attending this class. The class will commence at 8:00 AM, with access to the meeting space available starting at 7:15 AM.
