Course Overview: Leading Through Others is an engaging one-day program designed to strengthen leadership capabilities by focusing on interpersonal and management skills. Participants will explore topics such as understanding personality styles, adapting to change, managing conflict effectively, and motivating and coaching employees. This course provides practical tools and strategies to lead teams with confidence and inspire performance.
Recommendation: To maximize the benefits of Leading Through Others, it is strongly recommended that participants first complete Building a Leadership Foundation. This foundational course provides essential leadership principles and skills that are critical for effectively managing and inspiring others, which are further developed in Leading Through Others.

The class will take place on the second (2nd) floor in the Regions Boardroom. Ample parking is available outside of the building.
Leading Through Others is a one day class and is the second session in Leadership Skills Training. It is recommended to complete LS-I (Building a Leadership Foundation) prior to attending this class. The class will commence at 8:00 AM, with access to the meeting space available starting at 7:15 AM.
