NAMI Tuscaloosa serves Tuscaloosa County and surrounding areas, including Northport, Brookwood, Cottondale, Vance, and Holt. We provide free support groups, education programs, advocacy, and mental health resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.

We host monthly education and support meetings on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., held in person at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit (605 Laureen Blvd, Tuscaloosa) and virtually via Zoom. All are welcome to attend.
